The Makaira rod is equipped with ALPS roller guides and ALPS heavy-duty aluminum reel seats. The fore and rear grips are made with shrink tube for extreme durability and comfort. Ready to take on tuna and sharks, the Makaira Trolling rod comes with an aluminum gimbal on the back end.
